Here are my questions on lack of high-speed internet - one of the biggest issues in D18 Rustico-Emerald. Questions include:
Why are the terms of the Bell Aliant contract not being enforced?
Why is Bell-Aliant allowed to charge the same rate for all DSL accounts - regardless of how fast? (e.g. high-speed internet rates for dial-up speeds)
Why didn't the PEI government perform due diligence to ensure the high speed internet contract meet Islander's needs?
By what date will the Premier commit to providing reliable high speed internet of 5Mbps or higher to rural businesses that are so important to our Island economy?
